Postnatal Exercise Classes

Postnatal exercises are designed to support and encourage the postpartum recovery, the female body goes through after pregnancy and childbirth. Exercises promote general fitness and include specific exercises for the pelvic diaphragm as well as abdominal and dorsal muscles to prevent long-term health issues.

Exercise classes can be joined 6-8 weeks after vaginal birth or 10-12 weeks after Caesarian section. 

Course fees are part of the public health insurance coverage, provided that courses will be finished within a 9-month time frame after delivery.

Prior to enrolment, a 60€-deposit must be paid and will be refunded after course completion.
